Following the example of Hannah dedicating Samuel to the Lord in I Samuel 1, our pastors will pray over your new baby, dedicating him/her to the Lord and admonishing you, as parents, to raise him/her according to the Word of God. Baptismal Services Leader: Kathy Knoll
Periodically throughout the year we offer baptismal services for those desiring to be baptized. Baptism is an outward sign of a decision to ask Jesus to be your personal Savior. If you are interested in being baptized, please contact the office.
Cards Leader: Cathy Rice
Birthday and anniversary cards are mailed throughout the year to everyone who signed up for the current phone directory. If you interested in helping with this ministry, please contact the office.
Communion Leader: Mike Stebbins
We serve communion the 1st Sunday of each month. Volunteers are needed to help prepare the communion trays.
Funeral Meals Leader: Kathy Knoll
At the request of the family a meal is provided after the funeral in the church basement. Volunteers are needed to make desserts, purchase meal items, set-up the room, serve the meal and clean-up.
Greeters Leader: Donovan Schmidt
Each week our greeters are stationed at the front door to welcome people as they come in for services. Volunteers are needed on a rotating schedule for each service.
Kitchen Supply Team Leader: Pat & George Moore
Our kitchen inventory is constantly fluctuating as the kitchens are used for various functions. Volunteers are needed to help organize the kitchen, monitor inventory and report ordering needs to the office.
Special Event Meals Leader: Kathy Knoll
Volunteers are needed to help set-up, serve, clean-up and prepare meals for special events.
Library Leader: Chelsi Dupler
Our library provides fiction, non-fiction and audio books, videos, & DVDs for check-out. The library is located in the church basement next to the kitchen. Volunteers are needed to help maintain the books & check-out system.
Marriage Mentoring Leader: Sharon Nason
Neighborhood Assembly has trained marriage mentoring couples who come alongside couples planning to get married as well as those already married to help strengthen, support and encourage their relationship. If you would like to meet with a mentoring couple, please contact the office.
Ministry Meals Leader: Sandra Skeels
Our ladies prepare meals for new moms, and those families needing help due to illness or recent hospitalization. Volunteers are needed to prepare meals on a rotating basis.
Midweek Connection Meal Leader: Dale Battrick
Each Wednesday evening, beginning Sept. 9th, we will provide a delicious, home-cooked meal from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. People can enjoy building relationships as they share a meal together and then attend the various activities available for the whole family beginning at 6:30 p.m. Volunteers are needed to help prepare meals, serve, set-up and tear down.
Nursery Leader: Jeanette Montgomery
The nursery provides care for ages 0-3. Volunteers are needed to staff the nursery during our weekly services and special events.
Office Assistants Leader: Kathy Knoll
Office volunteers help prepare large mailings, fold bulletins, make copies, run errands, and do various other administrative tasks. If you are interested, please contact the office.
Prayer Chain Leader: John & Donna Flynn & Marsha King
The Prayer Chain provides prayer support for those in need. Requests are taken by phone call or e-mail and then passed on to the rest of the chain via e-mail. Volunteers are needed to be part of the e-mail prayer chain. (If you do not have an e-mail and still want to be part of the prayer chain, please contact one of the leaders above). Prayer Partner Calendar Leader: Jim Shope
The people listed on the Prayer Partner Calendar provide prayer support for the Pastors and Leadership Team on a daily basis. Volunteers are needed to pray on a specified day each month.
Sound Leader: Karl Olsen & Craig Charlton
Sound technicians operate the sound board for all services, weddings, funerals and special events on a rotating schedule. Volunteers are needed - training is provided.
Special Music Leader: Corlynn Christofferson
Vocalists & musicians provide special music for our services on a rotating schedule. Volunteers are needed.
Sermon Copies Leader: Jan Ward
Each service is recorded on CD. Copies are available upon request ( $1.00/CD). Volunteers are needed to make copies. Training is provided.
Ushers Leader: Jim Shope
Our ushers help seat people during the Sunday services, take the offering and serve communion. Volunteers are needed to help on a rotating basis.
Video Leader: Ken Knoll
Video technicians operate the computer and video projector during the weekly services, weddings, funerals and special events. Volunteers are needed - training is provided.
Neighborhood Assembly provides a wedding coordinator for couples to help plan and facilitate their wedding ceremony. If you would like to be a part of our wedding coordinator staff, please contact the office. Training is provided.

If you would like to have your wedding in our facility &/or would like to have one of our pastors perform the ceremony, please contact the office for more information on our wedding policy and guidelines. (Please contact the office at least 4 months before your wedding date to insure adequate time for the counseling and preparation process). We look forward to making your wedding day very special. Neighborhood Assembly also provides pre-marital counseling with a mentoring couple to help you prepare for your marriage.
